REPEAT — Repeated string concatenation

Concatenates NCOPIES copies of a string.

RESULT = REPEAT(STRING, NCOPIES)

STRING Shall be scalar and of type CHARACTER.
NCOPIES Shall be scalar and of type INTEGER.

A new scalar of type CHARACTER built up from NCOPIES copies of STRING.
